I ordered an Airpod of Boat worth 349-/ from the website https://soundcultur.myshopify.com on 2022 May 23 and made the payment on the same day. I got the payment information via email from a mail id; payment-report@payu.in and the mail state that the payment is done to JAY BAKULBHAI MALAVIYA. I haven’t received the ordered item yet. Kindly help me out with this.
