Hi I’m facing issue with Paytm for two things..One is order delivery I was place order on 2-oct and my delivery date is 05-oct but today we are on 06-oct but still I haven’t recieve my product and unable to Raise complaint from Paytm but at the same time I used to convey my query to paytm based on earlier complaint.is this way Paytm care about customer..Very worst and poor service Which is getting from paytm
Second one is I was facing issue with petrol fuel offer page. I used to buy petrol and used Paytm for the same but the was not been marked for last 3weeks.. I just asked the Paytm care as well still they haven’t give any proper response given to me.
I am finally worried to using Paytm for lots and lots
Need immediate revert on this.
