Text of Complaint by kalpesh kikani:

I had ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 28th September 2022, but today its 13th of October yet they haven’t delivered my order to me and giving silly excuses to wait till 12th October and etc. Also no response even if writing in help center as well as social media and complaint was closed without action.
My order id of Flipkart is : OD226122921193053000
Please look into the matter, I am in a lot of duress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch but it should happen. They need to learn their mistake and pay for it.
