I have ordered Kids Karaoke set to give gift to kid , 2 time faulty machine was delivered , third time when i had this replacement it is showing to be delivered since Saturday 11/05/2024 but not delivered till today 17/05/2024 . I did not get any call from delivery person and i am calling Amazon daily to escalate it and follow-up on this but it is not helping .

I am really pissed of by the way Amazon is handling my case. I was told i will get a call from delivery team but there is no call.
Escalated this issue already twice but it is not helping . I want refund and also compensation on time and effort i spent on this till now.
