Dear sir…

I m sumit singh a prime member of Amazon but my last experience with amazon aas fully frustrated..

I was ordered a led light on Amazon on 14/03/2020 and the product was delivered to me on 18/03/2020. I checked the product and the product was damaged..I made an immediate return process but after that day the lockdown was started..

And no response from amazon side..

After some 2-3 months i made a call to them and told the whole situation..

One of there executive told me that just destroy the product and you will get your refund in 48hrs.

I sit back quietly.

After somedays i checked my statement that there is no refund got to me in my bank account or amazon pay account

I again called them and they told me that i have to return the product for refund.

I told them i alredy talked with your agent and he told me that i will get my refund but till now no refund.

I talked with his senior also..

They had given me the last assurity that i will get my refund in 48hrs but again same thin was happend..

I have all call recording, confirmation mail of Amazon team.

I have all proofs against them..
