Order delivered and status not showing as delivered and it watotally different from pictures so i am not able to return it because its not mark as delivered

I am Adv Raj I ordered this saree for my family member and paid for that Rs 2107 received on 21.12.2022 but its received totally different saree
Then i tried to return it but in your system this saree still not showing as delivered so i am not able to return it
But why we have to suffer because of your incompetent system and incompetent customer service also, for this particular saree from 21.12.2022 i am sharing image and Rs 2107 receipt through mail to meesho, more then 5 times I shared to meesho and more then 20 times i called to customer service also but because of their incompetence they are not able to generate complaints/ not able to mark as delivered/ not initiating return/ not generate non Qc complaints as I received totally different product and every time i request to them to connect to senior they are not contacting the senior also
This customer service is only formality by meesho they are not at all helpful and i am not going to waste my money
I have all the proofs that order received by me on 21.12.22 (order invoice)and paid of amount Rs 2107 receipt also, they can find out from bar code mentioned on invoice which is shared by me.

Now please refund my money today onwards
