Text of Complaint by B Bala Sivananda Kumar:

Please note that I had placed order for 2 items  from gozefo site and order (ID: 335784) was placed on 2021-02-26. It was supposed to be delivered by 8 th March as per the details furnished at the time of purchase but for the item (1 item) in question (item details shared in the enclosed image) , there is no clue on what is the status.

They were saying that it’s vendor product and will take 7 to 10 days for dispatching the product. It’s more than 12 days now and I cannot reach these people on phone as it doesn’t work and they do not respond to emails sent. No option provided to cancel the order as well.

Need your help getting right attention and resolution.
