I ordered a food in Roll baby roll restaurant at 3.10 AM and the Estimated Time is 17 mins. But the delivery partner (DP) was not reached the restaurant until the ETA. So I contacted the chat support for help. The Agent call the DP and he told that he was stuck in the traffic at 3.30 AM. (Pure lie). Then the agent wants me to wait for another 10- 15 minutes and I waited but the DP is going in another direction from the delivery address. So again I contacted the chat support and ask them to refund so that I can reorder but they said that 4-7 days will take to credit the refund. I said I am hungry so I want immediate refund to place a reorder or I just asked them to place a reorder. But they refused to do so stating that is not in their policy. Then I requested the so called policy but they don’t have such policy to share. As I am hungry and they’re not give any proper solution so I’m just raising this complaint and requesting a compensation from them. Thanks in advance.
