Text of Complaint by Nikhil Neralkar:

I’m.  Nikhil residing in Hyderabad ordered pizza on dominoz via zomato app. The order was placed and amount was deducted and within seconds dominoz declined my order. It happens for twice on 13/09 and 18/09, thereafter I tried to contact the dominoz the supervisor was not attending my calls,so then I tried contacting zomato support and had conversation with mr.rajesh and got a response tht my place is out of delivery zone that’s the reason my order was declined as dominoz is himayathnagar is near about 1.5 to 2 km and it was operational then also my order got declined so I request you to take action on zomato and dominoz

1. As we open zomato app we get nearby restaurant which are available and ready for delivery, I personally visited dominoz for checking they were Operational and delivering the stuffs. So request you to take action on zomato and dominoz as zomato is provoking by showing ads, and dominoz is for not accepting my order as my place is in delivery zone.
