I have ordered one set of 3 full sleeves men’s shirts -s 38 on 18.06.2020 through on line in Tuckme.co.in. Rs.1099 paid through credit card, via pay u in_ paisa. as there is no cash on delivery option. Order I’d is TUK.1509 got order confirmation mail from helptuckme@outlook.com, in which mentioned i will be notified when product has been sent. But it’s been 28 days i have not received any communication from them and product not yet received even though i mailed them 5 times to the above mentioned mail id.
Kindly help me in this matter
