I placed on September 22nd during the Big Billion Day Sale.
Order ID: OD126064313914040000 (Iphone 13)
Order ID: OD126064193340108000 (Iphone 11)
Both the orders were automatically cancelled, and I had no intimation from anyone from Flipkart. I have already spoken to nine of your customer care executives. A few of them are ( Sachin, Saksham, Aakash, Tanya-Senior,Geeta). All of them disconnected my call in between without providing me with any resolution to either of the orders.
I need a resolution for both the orders. I cannot place a new order as there is a difference of 10K now between the prices.
