Text of Complaint by Arun Pesaramalli:

I ordered a laptop during the sale with the order ID # OD329345773281234100. After exchanging the old laptop and with a bank offer, I placed the order and paid online. The order was confirmed on 6th Oct. The laptop was received at the nearest delivery hub on the 8th of Oct and delivery was scheduled for the 10th of Oct but it was rescheduled for the 12th of Oct. I have not received the order and I called customer care to check when the laptop will be delivered, I was told to wait till the 16th when I woke up to my surprise the order had been canceled with no information.
Flipkart has wasted my time during the sale, with this delay and I cannot place an order for any other laptop. Now the sale has ended, I don’t see any offers running to place the order again, and my old laptop’s resale value has been lowered by 80%, with no bank offers.

When the order was confirmed and it reached the nearest hub on the 8th of October and was not delivered, Flipkart care people didn’t give me any reason and canceled my order.

When I emailed them I have not received any response yet.
