Dear Authority,
I had placed an order for rent of Samsung 1.5 Ton A/c at a rent of Rs 1299 per month from itatonline.net. The A/c was to be delivered on rent basis at my residence at 1605 Panchsheel Apartments, Near Andheri Railway Station, Andheri (West), Mumbai. The delivery was promised yesterday and I wanted it installed today on DUsshera holiday as it is an auspicious day. However, the delivery has still not been done.
Can you please look into the matter and arrange delivery of the A/c. If itatonline.net is unable to deliver the A/c, I can look at other options for taking the A/c on rent from other Mumbai suppliers.
