On May 10,2022 at 7:51pm i placed and order from Zomato, after 30 mints I get a call from the Zomato delivery executive that he is not able to find my location so he want me to share my live location with him on his personal WhatsApp number,i agreed to the same and i was taking his number in between the call get disconnected (I don’t know may be network issue or the Zomato delivery executive purposely disconnected the call).i tried to call him twice but he didn’t picked up the call, and within a minute I got a message in the Zomato app that my order has been cancelled, i tried to reach out the customer service department but in the app there is no such number is available and at the same time I did a chat with the Zomato interactive assistant (Zia) regarding the same but she keep on saying it that the delivery executive was unable to contact me so they are deducting the money. I tried to talk to the customer service department but failed to do so, even I mailed them to their mail id but they are not refunding my money by saying that they tried to call me but my number was unable to make contact, i wanted them to show me the proof but they are now not reverting back to my mails.what should I do now?
