I had ordered food through zomato app with Lucknow spice restaurant, baner Pune. The food was not delivered in time and later got a call from zomato customer service executive named kuldip stating order has been cancelled by him as it could not be deliveeed in time. My concerns
1. why was order cancelled without customer consent.
2. Why delay in refund of money, as it has been cancelled by zomato
3. The CCE Kuldip was rude & he disconnected the call without any prompt response.
