Had ordered couple of items on 2nd Sept through Zomato App, from Chimney Cove, Naktala, Kolkata. It wasn’t delivered, delivery boy stated location was given wrong, when I asked him to read out address, it was correct. Told him, I can have the app from anywhere in India and can order from any other place that I visit, so how it wasn’t delivered to address mentioned, he said he is cancelling order, and the support says that I have cancelled, when I had people waiting for the order. It’s daylight robbery, need my refund if Rs. 440.
