This is my order number #1784509434 which got cancelled by zomato. They mentioned the reason that customer was unreachable. My number was unreachable at that time but i have contacted the delivery agent and told him the address but the agent was unable to understand the address as he is new(Said by agent),finally i told him to stay to the nearest location of my house ,i will come and pick up, but when i reached and asked him the order he said the order got cancelled by zomato. How this mean that im unreachable and not giving the refund when its clearly that the agent was unable to understand, and when agent gets call from customer how can they cancel the order saying that customer is not reachable.
