This is Sreenath and my complaint is associated with the number +91 7829299844

I’m not sure as how many times I need to repeat the same concern again and again. As Vodafone is saying the number was suspended due to non payment of Bill, but let me telll you that, the bill wasn’t paid due to non availability of services for me. Even after numerous complaints and mails, I’m just getting the same copy paste responses!!

This is far beyond limit and I’m fed us with the service from Vodafone. Atleast 20 times I would have raised complaint or tried contacting Customer care for the issues with service starting from April and it’s the 4th month since I’m facing these issues. And I don’t see any proper coordination or proactive updates from Vodafone side on any of the complaints/concerns raised from my end. And now they are sticking on and updating the customer(me) as the services are suspended due to non payment of Bill.

So below are the time during which I had no network and need a cut in the bill:

— 7th April to 19th April
— 20th April to 19th May
— 20th May to 28th May
— 06th June to present

I need complete cut in bill for the above mentioned timelines!

When I discussed this before with Customer care, I was informed to wait till 19th June until the cycle completes and I waited! And now they are asking me to pay the bills and services are shut down due to non payment of bills! i was not getting servie before that as well and on what grounds should i pay the bills?

I have all sorts of mail proofs with me fyi! Why don’t the Company show the same level of approach on fixing the issues same as how they look at non payment of bills? What sort of Customer service the Company is providing? This is really unacceptable and not expected from Vodafone!!!

And now they are threatening as they would be sending legal notice. What sort of service is this???

Please help me fix this soon!
