Hello Sir/Mam,
I have placed an order on paytm : Samsung Twin Cooling Plus 674 L Side By Side Refrigerator (RS62K6007S8 – Seller: queensbag, Kolkata
After 2 days seller just cancelled my order with reason catalogue issue. However the seller are still promoting the same product with 76% discount and after that net price its 25000 with 2500 cashback but currently its out of stock. My order was placed successfully on 8th october. Seller has contacted me on 9th october with mobile : 7003078156 (namely Sales Emp. Ranjan as suggested by truecaller) and said just cancel this order as i have only 1 item left and its dented with other issue, so it will take some time to deliver, i said its ok take time i will wait. Seller just wanted to cancel order from my side and finally on 10th october seller cancelled my order.
Please find attached screenshot of call received from the above said number and my order summary and seller product promotion.
Please suggest and take some legally action against the seller, i want either they provide me same product in good condition or refund amount in double i.e. 50000/- as i have purchased this at 25000/- . I already contacted with paytm to address my issue but he is only ensuring will not happen like that again.
