I Ordered power bank 3 times and everything was canceled and 3 times the money was withdrawn from the account. Now when I called the customer care they said that you will get the payment refund within a week. The last order was confirmed now is shown as canceled. later when i asked the customer care they says that no reason has been mentioned. Either I need a refund of the payment I made today or the product.
