I placed order from my Zomato acc using a promo code i got from my office, while the order was in delivery stage there was heavy rain and order showed there will be delay in delivery. order status was your valet will reach destination in 2-3 minutes. due to rain my phone network was on issue and he was unable to reach. after certain time i called him from my other cell nearly for 10 minutes but his cell was busy talking to someone else. while i was still calling him for around 6th -7th time order showed cancelled. The charges i paid of 51 rupees has not been refunded my promo code is lost and they are not ready to refund back. i want to may official complaint on this and want notice to go to Zomato. i am not happy loosing 51 rupees and 300 promo code.
