After placing an order with order ID: 1053924670 from Zomato, I did not receive any call from delivery boy. Later I called the restaurant Bemisaal biryani and was confirmed that they had given the order to delivery boy for delivering the food to my mentioned address.
This wicked boy had cancelled the order and stated wrong address and ate my food. He was very rude and need to be punished for the nuisance activity he had done. I have checked later on, the delivery was cancelled and the food amount I paid was updated as cancelled order. How is this possible? I pay you and then food is not delivered and then instead of refunding my money, Zomato says this is cancelled amount. Is this a joke that I pay you for the services, you cannot give me service and charge me unnecessarily and cannot revert my money back?
I have tried to approach support people, but they are bound to their stupid limitations and make people like me suffer.
Please look into this and help in refunding my cancelled amount and I would like to claim a penalty for Rs.1000000 for this.
