I ordered food from pizza hut on July 20, 2021 and I received the food from the delivery agent. Even after receiving the delivery, the delivery agent called me which I didn’t pick up. After some time the delivery agent rang the bell and demanded the food back saying it was canceled . We were pressed to give the food back and then later found out that the order was cancelled by swiggy as I wasn’t picking up my phone. I was still charged for the complete order. I tried to tell the swiggy customer service that i had already received the food and everyone on the street saw me take the food inside. They still said it was my fault and offered 50% of the food bill. I refused this sum as it wasn’t my fault.
