I ordered chetinad egg biryani from reeves royal restaurant at 856
I received updates saying order is being prepared delivery partner has reached the restaurant.
But at 935 I received a call from swiggy partner saying item is not available and provide whatever is available. How can I accept whatever is available. At last he cancelled the order. When I reached the customer service, their response was very disappointing. Is this the kind of service they provide. And at that time where will I get food.
