We had booked a Lenovo laptop costing 54140/- the same was debited immediately to my credit card. Next day i received mail of cancellation of my order. when i called the call center they said the vendor has cancelled the order and refund will be done in 2-5 days, but the reason for cancellation in mail is given – customer cancelled. Now my CC payment is due and have to pay the bank, & am at a loss. This is very unprofessional business from Amazon.
I need my payment along with interest till the time amount is credited to my account.
