I have ordered a Skechers shoes on 20th October and made payment on same time. After 10 days i have received and sms that your order has been cancelled and refund will be made within next 14 days. Now i have few question… I want to go consumer forum can i do it for..

1. Who will indemnify the interest loss from day of payment to refund

2.Mental harassment caused due to hours of trying to contact  on customer care for several days but only waiting tune…

3.mental harassment infront of family and friends as it was ordered for gifting in time

4.No intimation on non delivery on expected delivery date i.e 19th October

5. No one to adress complaint and no place for complaint in app/web portal

Kindly arrange to fulfill my order instead of refund
