I ordered a cake on 04 Aug from zomato. It’s shows delivery time of 72 min but after 45 min my order cancelled by zomato. I am not getting my refund till date i.e. 11 Aug. If a customer cancelled order then there is fine on customer. But if zomato cancelled order then there is no fine? Infact there is delay in refund by zomato.
