I had ordered on swiggy (#169324348333)
It got accepted and app was showing as food is being prepared, after waiting for 45 minutes the order was canceled saying items are not available.
1. Why was the order accepted?
2. Why I was kept waiting for food for more than 45 minutes?
3. Swiggy do not allow customer to cancel the orde only after 1 minute from placing order, how can swiggy cancel order after keeping customer waiting for 45 minutes
