I had ordered food through swiggy it
Was prepaid order. And in instruction I had mentioned to call my father’s number for delivery. But after 40 to 45 minutes I got a message saying that my order was canceled as delivery was failed and they are charging the whole amount as cancelation fee. I immediately started contacted customer service but they said they cannot refund. When I asked where is the food , give it back to restaurant I will collect it from there they said they are unable to trace it.Latet my father went to the restaurant , got the details of the delivery boy, called him and said get the food back to restaurant, he will take it from there. Upon hearing this, he disconnected the call. And even customer service is not cooperating. I did jot get my food neither the money.
