I placed an order in Instamart on the 29th of June and got an expired product in return and with fungus when we noticed fungus on it. How can Instamart do such a thing with us as we often buy products from them?
Contacted the customer support but just received long waiting hours and no prompt response. As if the customer’s health is not the main concern. Only speed delivery and stupid marketing are not gonna help Swiggy if they play with people’s health.
Looking to file a consumer complaint
Also requesting Swiggy to have a better solution for problems like this
