I had placed an order vide order id-16199688949188861A on 2/5/2021. The order was auto cancelled from JIO Mart team. The team said that the order was cancelled due to technical issue. And they insist me to place new fresh order.
After that I had placed new order vide order id- 16202109439125831A on 5/5/2021. The same order was again cancelled.
JIO team is not giving me required solution and they are continuously telling me to place fresh order. I has discussed the same on customer service also, agent name was Pradeep Kumar.
Requesting you to please resolve my problem. I am in trouble from last 7 days.
