I had tried placing an order on JIO Mart on 4th June 2020. I proceeded to the payment and payment was done Successfully. Money got deducted from my account. However the order was not successfully placed and the tems are still in my cart.
I had raised a complaint with Jiomart via email. I have not received any concrete solution of the same. Also they are unreachable on their telephone helpline numbers. I feel cheated.
