Dear sir,
With deep concern, I would like to apprise you that as per online advertisement from tenexe.com, I have ordered No.2792, VX100 BB, dated 28/08/2022,INVOICE/45/08/2022, and has been paid Rs.7265/ by online. Meanwhile, many times besought via phone with customer care directly to send my ordered goods, in response they said that there is no refund policy in tenexe.com! Even not despatching goods which ordered too.
