Good Day.
We have placed order on study table for my id with CAR LOGO and we have not received the correct product. However, we thought that is ok. but when we opened we found 1 part is missing and saw some rust/damage in the produced and decided to return.
It is almost 10 days and no body took that from my home. I got message from your delivery partner that customer not reachable and pick up is cancelled.
out of 3 types (as per the log), only 1 time pickup boy came in bike and refused to take as the parcel size is BIG. And we tried to contacted you delivery partner and have no proper status update. we tried to call PAYTM Customer Care and nobody responding. can you please do the needful.
