E commerce Amazon.in I returned product ( watch ) now i am getting my refund, the saying item received in warehouse but serial number not matched ,
I return product to amazon delivery boy and he checked properly all details , now i am getting m refund, i.e Rs 9990, they saying product received but product serial number not matched ,
Is this my fault, kindly refund my money or return that product to me , do either one thing
