Eversince I chose Excitel broadband, I have only suffered. They never provide you customer support neither resolve the issue. The only thing they do is transfer calls to technical department. They make us wait for hours and more and as soon as call connects, they cut the call and message us that we were u reachable. The customer executive from technical department are the most irresponsible people. They dont want to help people. They never talk to you.
