Respected sir,
I am Dharmendra khavse a resident of Green City,Sector B ,Vivekanand ward Bhaggudhana, Betul ,Madhya Pradesh.
On 04/04/2019 I booked an order for or XL size frock western design combo of 4 western frocks through “Double saree.com” website.
On 09/04/2019 I received a call from xpressbees company which is a courier company, the courier boy said that he has a parcel with him for me.His name is Akshay Saratkar” he has mobile number
8770658966. He brought the parcel and told me to pay rupees 1099. I paid him rupees 1100 and took the parcel. He went away handling the parcel to me.
When I opened the parcel I was shocked as the product I received was completely different from what I ordered. Instead of the XL size western frocks it had three torn,cheap and low quality sarees.At this I called the courier boy and asked him the details of the company.I also said him to return my money, else I would go to the police. He made me talk to his boss who told me that at their courier company has no information about the company double saree.com.
He told me to contact the customer care number of the company.I try to call the company but their number was not working.
Then I went to the local police station Ganj, Thana,Betul Madhya Pradesh. I give a written complaint regarding this fraud with me. The police said that they won’t be able to do anything yet they would take my complaint letter and give me the receiving on the other copy of my complaint. They also suggested me to go to the consumer forum.
Today on 10th of April I tried registering a complaint with Consumer Affairs department. They told me that they would only be able to help me when I would have the contact address of the the company from which I bought the product. I told them that I am unable to get the address details of the company. At this they advised me to contact cyber cell.I called cyber cell Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. The officer who picked the call advised me to contact cyber cell BETUL, in Kotwali Thana Kothi Bazar, Betul.I will surely do that as well.
Through this complaint I want you to take immediate and meaningful action against the Double saree.com and xpressbees companies those who are involved in this fraud.
