I saw Jacketshirt with colour rupees of 898 and i ordered in Instagram in bliss shoping platform but I received the courier then in that courier I saw 2duplicate damaged old jeans pants.so i want justification for this issue

I have same experience on last week. This has to be controlled by Legal authorities. Still you can see that advertisement on facebook and Instagram. How can normal people connect with them …
