I ordered a top on 27th oct from an Instagram website named fashchic_15. It’s been more than 20 days and still haven’t received it. No answer to my dms and calls is been given.

I had ordered a dress from fashchic15 on 9th May and today is 22nd July but till now I have not received my dress I paid for that dress online I have messaged and emailed many times about this but did not get any reply And it is completely active on social media yet my messages are getting ignored i think it’s fraud If you can’t deliver my product, return my money.
