I placed an order on the website Banjara Electronics on 07 February 2026 for Realme Buds Air 7 and paid Rs 2374.06 through UPI using Google Pay. The payment was sent to the UPI ID banjaraelectronics.cf@axisbank. After placing the order, the seller promised that the product would be dispatched within 72 hours. However, even after more than one month the product has not been delivered and no refund has been issued.
A Blue Dart tracking number was generated initially but the shipment status showed “Shipper Instructed To Return To Origin” even though I never requested cancellation. The seller kept replying with the same message saying the order would be dispatched within 72 hours, but nothing happened.
The support phone number mentioned on the website is invalid and not reachable. Because of this experience, I believe this website is misleading customers and taking money without delivering products. I have already filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal regarding this transaction.
