I, Rohit Samal, placed an online order with Banjara Electronics on 31st December 2025 through their platform. The details of the order are as follows:

Total Amount Paid: ₹691
Mode of Payment: Online Payment
Items Ordered:
Realme Buds 3 (3.5 mm) Wired Earphones
OnePlus Type-C to 3.5 mm Auxiliary Adapter (Open Box)
Soon after placing the order, I contacted the seller through email and phone calls to cancel the order, as it was placed mistakenly. Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller failed to cancel the order properly.
As of today:
No product has been delivered to me, and
No refund has been issued, even after repeated assurances.
I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue by contacting their customer support. However, I either received no response, misleading replies such as “we will check”, or rude, ignorant, and unprofessional behavior from their support staff. No concrete action has been taken by the company till date.
This conduct on the part of Banjara Electronics clearly amounts to:
Deficiency in service,
Unfair trade practice, and
Mental harassment of a consumer.
I have attached screenshots of the order details, payment proof, and email communications as supporting evidence.
Despite giving the seller ample time and several opportunities to resolve the issue amicably, they have failed to do so, leaving me with no option but to approach the Hon’ble Consumer Forum.
Relief Sought
I humbly request the Hon’ble Forum to:
Direct the opposite party to refund the full amount of ₹691 immediately,
Take appropriate action against the seller for their unfair and unethical practices, and
Award compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and unnecessary delay caused.
