Dear Sir,
I made a purchase with Live cozy.in for Bean bag & Y6 Smart Bracelet watch by seeing add in Face book , the payment mode was through Gpay and once the transaction of Rs 1037.00 i received an sms confirming the order. But after that am not able to track my order status and i tried reaching the contact number and email id provided in the website but not able to reach and my mail got bounced back.
Sir, kindly request you to support me in getting back my money.
