I purchased perfume “The Beat by Burberry” on website www.unboxed.in on 09.05.2021. The payment of 2889.15 was made at 19.31, but till date they haven’t delivered the product and nor has my money been refunded.

I’ve had the same issue. Mohit Khatri (co-owner) rarely replies and his team is equally unprofessional. I’ve been a customer since 2015 when they’d recently started and never had much issues with their service or products but off late, it’s gone worse.
The sad part is that they don’t even communicate. I can wait for 2 moths BUT only if you communicate on the status.
That was my last purchase (alms as I never got the product nor refund)
