I placed an order for a wool coat, size 4XL, for my mother, and the product received it is of very poor quality, it did not even see the wool.
I tried to return it, but they say that it is not possible to make a international return. I do not know how I can get my money back.
It is a scam, plain and simple. Only after I had trouble with them I found this site where lots of people, even from my country, made complaints about this company and its products.
I also made a complaint with the authorities in my country, but they say my complaint is unsolvable, because the company is from Hong Kong.
Please, avoid this company and do not order from it.
