Text of Complaint by Disha Shrimali:

On 2nd sep 2020 I ordered 3 combo night dress set with order no #37910 from crazefobia. After 5-6 days I tried to check the site for update but it redirected me on another site named Shopify.com after that I tried to reach the razorpay through which our transaction took place but even they were not able to contact them. Today I got their number 6289087209 from Facebook so I called them to ask for refund so they started asking for my debit card details
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X8LP7NY through following link and them when I asked them that I want them to generate payment through razorpay or bank they denied that this is the criteria they follow. Then they asked me if I used Google pay and them they tried to make transfer from my account to their account by saying that I will have to write referral code at the place of money to be transferred. I request you to please look into my matter I will attach all the emails I send to them and razorpay as well as their no from which they gave me a call back 9749888751 .
