I ordered product of customized names worth ₹1499 on January 13 2023, after few days I texted them if its ready & they asked for shipment charges. I sent them again ₹459. They said will share u tracking id. But now they are not answering calls & not replying to my texts. Its been 1 month, still they are not giving any information about my product.
