Text of Complaint by Neha Rais:

I have ordered a cake from zomato and the delivery executive totally ruined the cake, it’s shape. And when i contacted him he did not respond to my call. I want another cake. That cake made me embarrassed infront of my friend and her family. I want another cake. You cannot provide such service.
