Text of Complaint by Bhaavya Maheshwari:

  1. I placed a order for a lehenga (order no 1254, lehenga 17) of Rs.1199  on the website https://clothbursts.com on 11-08-2020. I received a courier from ClothBursts on 16-08-2020 containing a pink saree.(D. No 5619) which was not what I ordered on 16-08-202. Even after sending repeated reminders for return and refund or exchange on mail as well as their Instagram handle, there was no response from their side. Now their website and mail id is also not functional.
