An App named KREDITPARTY provides 7day loan of Rs.1000-10000. My little Brother took a loan from this app and got in depression.
When I asked, he told me that he dad taken loan from the above mentioned app, and now they are abusing and harressing me, Editing my face and putting it with pornstars, sending my edited photos to all my contacts.
Infact I also got his edited photo.
And here is the interesting part, The due date is today i.e. 27/01/2023, but they started abusing abusing and harressing him from yesterday. So if this is a legal app, why they are harressing and abusing the loan taker before due date.
And how can they call someone’s contact?.
If he did fault/not paying in time, then at some point I would take the app’s side, no matter he is my brother or anything else.
Here the company “KREDITPARTY” is doing everything illegal and Strict action should be taken against this app.
