I wanted to do PayTM kyc and contacted by one Sameer khan through 089189 71387 who asked for my address proof. Later my bank details, when he asked for card details and was told that my account will be blocked for 24 hrs to complete the Kyc orocess
Next day when my account was still blocked ,I contacted them but they again asked for card details and when I refused, they did not unblock my card and have blocked rs 10000 from my account
Later I contacted Icici bank who unblocked my card but this amount could not be refunded
Now the amount has got deducted and Mr Sameer khan is refusing to refund the amount
HV lodged complaint with Icici bank for fraud transaction
